An elegant dog… and a cunning one

Bobby is no ordinary dog. Always dressed in his red jacket, he proudly wears his name tag. But behind this distinguished appearance lies a true escape artist.

As soon as a door opens, he sees an opportunity. A second of inattention, and wham! Bobby disappears. Despite all precautions, he always finds a way to get away. Yet after each escape, he returns quietly, full and satisfied.

An intriguing mystery

His repeated escapades puzzled everyone. Where was he going? Why did he always come back after one day?

The mystery became clearer the day he came home with a very distinctive smell. His goatee smelled of festive cake creaming! It was this strange detail that tipped off his humans.

The discovery of a secret feast

A neighborhood survey

After a few inquiries, a neighbor came up with the key information: a local lady was in the habit of throwing her table scraps into her garden. Thinking she was feeding the birds and squirrels, she had no idea that a very special guest was taking advantage of this generosity.

Bobby’s banquet

Bobby, on the other hand, had realized this long ago. He didn’t run away from home by chance: he went out to feast on the sly. French toast, leftover turkey and, of course, cake… he’d fill his stomach before returning home, satisfied.

A runaway… but a gourmet!

Now everyone knows why Bobby runs away. But can you blame him? Who could resist a free feast?

In fact, from the way he’s always waiting for the door to open, it looks like the desire for cake hasn’t left her!
