Terms and conditions of sale
Unless you specify express delivery at the time of purchase, delivery generally takes between 3 and 7 working days. For custom orders, please allow 2 to 6 weeks depending on the product. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
If you wish to obtain a refund, you must contact us by telephone to authorize the return. Goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice and the authorization number. Products returned without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

In the event of a return, you must pay the shipping costs.
To be exchanged or refunded, all goods must be in their original packaging and be suitable for resale. We’ll e-mail you the procedure.
You have 14 days following receipt of the goods to request an exchange or refund.
Exchanges will be processed according to stock availability. In the event of stock shortage, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
