If sweetness had a name, it would be Celeste. With her beautiful pastel-gray coat, she looks as if she’d just stepped out of a dream. Her gait is fluid, her gaze soothing, and her purr… a real lullaby. All the neighborhood cats agree: Céleste is the sweetest of them all. Even Sarcelle, renowned for her legendary kindness, humbly admits she’s no match for her.

An unfailing benevolence

Céleste has a gift: she can turn the worst day into a moment of pure happiness. Need comfort? She’s there for you. Feeling a little blue? She’ll wrap you in her fluffy tail and all will be well. Some even say she can cure a bad day with a simple brush of her whiskers.

The meeting of storm and breeze

Everyone succumbs to her sweetness… except Franky. Franky is the angriest cat in the neighborhood. Always with his ears pinned back, his tail whipping the air, his black eyes ready to strike down the first person he meets. But Céleste isn’t impressed.

A disarming caress

One day, while Franky is ranting because a pigeon has dared to breathe too close to his territory, Céleste gently approaches and places a delicate paw on his shoulder. Franky freezes. He opens his mouth to grumble… but nothing comes out. Instead of a growl, a sigh escapes. Within seconds, he finds himself curled up against her, purring in spite of himself.

If benevolence were to come to life, it would be called Celeste. Even the hardest hearts can’t resist it. And frankly, who would want to?
