This kitten, who collects hearts, was inspired by Poupée, a little cat with a big smile who has a very special talent: winning the hearts of everyone she meets.

Poupée doesn’t collect objects or treasures. She prefers to collect smiles, moments of happiness, and acts of kindness. Wherever she goes, she leaves a little light behind her. A sincere compliment, a reassuring presence, or a thoughtful gesture is often enough to brighten someone’s day.

Each colorful heart adorning its coat represents a cherished memory. Some recall a shared laugh among friends. Others evoke an act of kindness or a meeting that left a lasting impression on its journey. All of them speak to the importance of the bonds that unite us.

One day, while she was walking around the neighborhood, Poupée ran into Capitaine. Shy as ever, he hardly dared to look up. Poupée gave him her most beautiful smile and, without even realizing it, gave him a new heart to add to his collection.

Ever since that day, she has continued her mission with enthusiasm. She spreads her cheerfulness wherever she goes, convinced that there is always room for a little more love in the world. Her presence reminds us that the most beautiful treasures are not found in vaults, but in the memories and emotions we share.

Handcrafted in Quebec by glass artist Stéphanie Béland, this original piece celebrates kindness, friendship, and the power to turn small gestures into lasting memories. More than just a decorative piece, this heart-collecting kitten reminds us that every smile we share can brighten someone’s day.
